Rezumat

В статье анализируются нормативные акты, регулирующие охрану здоровья и безопасности труда, в том числе Трудовой кодекс РМ, законы РМ «Об охране здоровья и безопасности труда», «О страховании от несчастных случаев на производстве и профессиональных заболеваний».

The article analyzes the normative acts regulating occupational health and safety, including the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova, laws of the Republic of Moldova “On occupational health and safety”, “On insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases”.
