The participation of water in the formation of the multicomponent double electric layer
(DEL) on the electrode is experimentally fixed at the presence of the dispersion of alumosilicate. The equivalent circuit of DEL formation in the frame structures saturated with water containing hydroxyl groups and oxides of polyvalent metals in the channels of their structures is offered. At the presence of water, the quantity of the charge carriers rises resulting from hydrolytic processes; it affects the changing of the electrophysical properties, namely, the extinction of the dielectric properties and the emersion of
conducting ones.
