Rezumat

 The article addresses the issue of the educational partnership between school and library. Treat that source of valorization and development of the expressiveness of the students’ speech, the educational partnerships have a quite positive impact on the students, encouraging their initiative, self-discipline, responsibility, contributing to the development of collaboration and cooperation, the personality of the child on all levels, to its integration in society, at the formation of the aesthetic taste. The library has a special social role in the community, and the partnerships with it are focused on fulfilling this role. The educational project „Eminescian creation through the eyes of a child”, carried out in partnership with the County Library „Ion Minulescu”, Olt, included a series of activities, resources, deployment and evaluation modes – all following the active involvement of all partners and, as a result, the students are trained in the ability to express and express their speech.
