Precise agriculture shows a particular interest in the use of biologically active substances (BAS). In the early 90's a new class of braking agents of vegetative growth appeared acylcyclohexanedi-ones. Currently, the most common preparation in this class is Regalis - a growth retardant regulator de-signed to control vegetative growth and optimize plant productivity and harvest quality. The application of Regalis to vine plants had an obvious effect of suppressing annual shoots growth processes. At the end of the vegetation period, in the leaf-fall phase, the average annual growth of the annual shoots in the treated plants of the Aligote variety reached 95.8-123.2 cm, and in the control variant - 150.7 cm. The reduction in the intensity of the growth processes of the shoots has favored the accumulation of plastics, including those with protective effect, which contributed to the increase of maturation by 7.54% com-pared to the control plants. It has been found that Regalis retardant induces significant changes in the re-sistance to winter of the vine. In treated plants the degree of winter resistance increased by 1.3-3.3%. The best results were found in plants treated with Regalis at the rate of 1.25 kg / ha in two terms, until flower-ing and after the flowering phase. The selective action of the studied retardant and its differential effects were directly dependent on the biological particularities of the varieties involved in the study. |
