The realization of the needs of professional and personal development represents a current tendency that would give importance to the active involvement of the teachers in the process of transformation, a benefit that will give meaning and relevance to the activity, will establish an affective balance, will help the teaching staff to overcome the difficulties that arise in the process of social changes, and also in relation to the other educational subjects with themselves. In this context, we propose examples of good practices of activity at the level of school institution regarding the professional development management of the teaching staff. |
