The accelerated pace that transforms society and with it the education systems leads to development / elaboration / emergence almost all world countries further reforms in the field of education. Challenges and changes that teachers dedicated this profession, they will encounter will be at least as great as those faced by the current generation. However, requirements to the teaching profession are closely correlated with that society manifested in the dynamics of its development, to education. |
