Rezumat | ||||||
This article analyzes a series of conditions what determines realization of efficiency of an educational process. The arguments listed perceive the teacher as: Organizer and facilitator of scientific knowledge; Constructive in organizing educational activities; Reflexive on one’s own educational experience; Innovative in adapting the didactic design to the concrete situations of the class of students in a continuous change; Affective in the relation with the students and the construction of the learning environment; Motivational in stimulating the interest for knowledge. These characteristics underpin the development of the professional competence of the teacher from the disciplines of scientific education: Biology, Chemistry. |
