The national regulation regarding the atypical employment agreements is quite discreet, the Republic of Moldova being one of the states that did not pay enough attention to the atypical work and which continues to show a predilection for using the standard individual employment agreement as the main way of materializing the employment relationship. The national legislator regulates only those ordinary non-standard employment relationships, namely the individual fixed-term work agreement, the individual part-time work agreement, the work from home agreement, and recently, the day laborer’s work relationship, through a special law, respectively by the Law on the provision of unqualified work with occasional character performed by day laborers. |
