The productivity, lipids and sterols compound in yeast strain Saccharomyces carlsbergensis CNMN-Y-15 by the infl uence
of some acetic precursors have been analized. Is clear shown the pozitive effect of [Zn(CH3COO)2·4H2O] on yeast
productivity, especcially in concentration 30 mg/l. [Mn(CH3COO)2·4H2O] has been manifested as effi cient stimulator of
lipids and sterols biosynthesis. |
