Climate changes represent a major challenge for effective water management in Moldova. Recent research obtained at the regional level reveals that in recent decades has increased the frequency and intensity manifestation dry periods that favor the emergence of water scarcity in the new climate conditions. Estimating the space-time structure evaporability, the rainfall and water climatic deficit could contribute appreciation irrigation rules in national issue. |
