Knowledge of the thermal stress risks during the development of sunflower is very important in the conditions of actual climate changes. In this context spatiotemporal estimation of excessive or insufficient temperature could be an informational scientific support for cultivation of sunflower on the territory of Republic of Moldova in the next years. Due to the fact that climate changes are accompanied by the increasing of intensity and frequency of meteo-climatic risks, highlighting the peculiarities of thermal stress manifestation during sunflower growth could help to reduce its negative effects in the most sensitive stages of crop development. |
