In this work are exposed the achievement socio-economic obtained by Romania during a decade of ascending development within the UE. Result of a good changing of the European state and international of Romania after 2007. It became attractive for foreign investors. Result states and USA (tile 9-12 milliard dollars). Romania became the country with o the big GDP from the region not only Ucraine, but also and Greece. Concomitant It manage to diminish with 24 p.p. time for a decade the gap between the GDP average. A significant success lies in the fact, that in the II quarter, 2018 (an average salary of almost) in the economy was acheived an average salary of almost 1000$ was achieved in the economy of the country, what it is a socio-economic landmark: on the one hand it has been reduced the number of the people with the intention to go abroad for a better job; on the other hand increases the number of Romania s which want to come back in their country. In the last years Romania has the biggest rhythms in economic growth from the UE, which is the important commercial partner of the Republic of Moldova.
