The need for money funds of the state and other public entities has led to the establishment in all states of control exercised in particular for the purpose of the constitution and use of these money funds. According to its purpose, financial control is an activity of verifying compliance with and compliance with legal norms relating to the formation and use of state money funds and other public entities or public communities. Due to this specific activity the financial control is not confused with the financial activity of formation and use of the public money funds on which the financial control acts and operations are performed, is exercised and carried out. |
