Rezumat

 The paper aims to investigate the competitiveness of local products on the foreign market, so that at present the Republic of Moldova is facing problems at export level, which has already affected the agricultural producers. Researching published articles as well as recent news, we have come to the conclusion that domestic producers need new outlets and establish strong relationships to achieve production and increase international recognition of our country. The World Economic Forum (WEF) in 2018 ranked Moldova 88th out of the 140 most competitive countries, compared to 2015, when the same ranking places Moldova on the 111th place, which is an unfavorable situation from the point of view of investment view, and the attractiveness of our products on the foreign market. In this context, steps should be taken to improve the situation and improve the situation, otherwise the Republic of Moldova risks losing its capacity, the number of migrations increases, which demonstrates the drastic consequences. The country's potential is a huge, strategic location and abundant raw material, but all of this can not be capitalized because of the lack of markets, which makes local producers no longer produce the products they produce so far. Our Republic needs a new chance of destroying barriers and reaching the most important goals.
