In our opinion, the normative contracts are conventional legal acts, which are adopted by the agreement of two or more subjects, which are empowered with the legislative creativity right by law, which have only one goal determined by their separate will merged into one, which, although may have different hierarchical positions, have equal contract positions, that is a topic out right to terminate the contract, to discontinue the contractual relationship unilaterally, conduct governing both the subjects in question, and for an indefinite number the natural or legal persons operating in the field covered by law which contains provisions on mutual responsibility of the parties for failure or non-fulfillment of obligations assumed.
