Rezumat

The investigated material presents 10 soybean perspective lines obtained as a result of the induced gamma rays mutagenesis (100-250 Gy) analyzed in the control field of year II (2014). As a result, an increase in the range of variability was revealed as biometric signs (the mass of 1000 seeds from "+" 1.2 to "-" 10.2% and productivity of seeds in plants from "+" 44.4 to "-" 17.7%), so and biochemical (protein content in seeds is 2-3% for both "+" and "-" side). According to the obtained results we can deduces that in the soybean culture the gamma ray treatment is an effective method traits of obtaining new perspective lines and initially valuable precious material for the improvement of this culture in the Republic of Moldova.
