The article discusses patient satisfaction with the quality of medical services as one of the aspects of management in a medical organization. Research in the field of healthcare has shown that the simplest and less costly way to assess the quality of medical services is to measure patient satisfaction

В статье рассматриваются удовлетворенность пациентов качеством медицинских услуг как один из аспектов управления в медицинской организации. Исследования ученых в области здравоохранения показали, что наиболее простым и менее затратным способом оценки качества медицинских услуг является измерение удовлетворенности пациентов.
