In the present article the author draws the attention on the fact that in the conditions of transition from a totalitarian to a democratic regime of government, larceny offences have acquired new components, dictated by the new economic, social and juridical relations, due the development of technical and electronic sciences.
The essential signs of larceny are singled out and their distinction from other offences. Being estimated in function of social values and norms which are infringed, larceny acquires a juridical connotation through its consequences provided by the norm. |
