În articol sunt prezentate rezultatele studierii conţinutului hormonilor glandei tiroide în plasma şobolanilor cu diferit grad de stresoreactivitate. Stresul moderat a fost creat prin excitaţie nociceptivă - curent electric cu durata 2, 7, 15 şi 60 secunde. S-a constatat, că stresoreactivitatea depinde de conţinutul hormonilor glandei tiroide. Şobolanii cu conţinutul înalt al hormonilor tiroidieni posedă un grad sporit de stresoreactivitate. Se menţionează, că hormonopoieza glandei tiroide creşte la acţiunea stresogenă de scurtă durată – 7 secunde.

The infl uence of stress with different duration on the hormonal level of the thyroid gland in the plasma of rats with different stressreactivity was studied. The moderate stress was carried out by electric current of short duration – 2, 7, 15 and 60 second. It was revealed that stressreactivity of rats depends on the hormonal level of the thyroid gland. The rats with the higher level of hormones of the thyroid gland are more stressreactiv. It has been shown that the synthesis of hormones of thyroid gland increases under stress of short duration - 7 second.
