Rezumat

Social representations play a decisive role in the formation of conduct, behaviors and social interactions orientation. The study reveals the content and structure of social representation of work from teachers and determining how certain elements with reference to the subjective state of good, job satisfaction and motivational persistence can be exchanged for the purposes desirable. The solved scientific problem is to identify the content and structure of social representation of work to teachers in primary education and factors that determine, which allowed by special psychosocial intervention, establishing the conditions for making changes to the social representation of labor having the effect of increasing levels of subjective well, job satisfaction and motivation to teachers perseverance.
