Innovation is the actual topic, a looked forward word in this period of search. Nowadays, to be innovative is not a choice, it is the necessary ingredient to face competition, not to stagnate, but to progress, not only to be good, but to excel. It stands neither for the creation of new curriculum nor the development of more special software. Innovation, in the school context, starts with relations within the staff, relations of the school manager with subalterns, colleagues, parents, students. Innovation must be promoted, especially in school and must start from the attitude, behavior, communication and till the accomplishment of the educational target.
