Rezumat | |||||
The article addresses the psychosocial implications in the process of professional insertion of debutant teachers at the institutional level. Professional insertion is a complex and extremely important process for teachers’performance and satisfaction, being characterized by dynamism, individuality and requiring a multidimensional treatment. The psycho-social dimension is indispensable in didactic and managerial sphere. Both, the psycho-social climate of the educational institution and the factors that contribute to its creation are an increasingly important goal, and the psychosocial factors with negative impact are one of the current threats to the well-being of teachers. The actual educational context emphasizes the introspection and coexistence of the psycho-social implications, therefore, this context must be continuously monitored, optimally realized, evaluated and improved. |
