Rezumat

In a society based on innovation in the knowledge economy, we believe that investing in human capital is a decisive factor in educational management. In school institutions each manager should formulate and promote a set of principles contained in his own communication system to help achieve the desired performance. For this reason, we maintain that the communication theory is an important link to the management system in any school institution that has the vision to achieve performance. The study presents an analysis of communication theories and their imprint on the development of the school institution.
