Rezumat | |||||
Human mobility has become an integral part of the world economy, and many countries and companies are moving further in search of the staff they need to improve their competitiveness. Immigration is a complex, multidimensional, stable and difficult to control process, many of which, contradictions that have accumulated for several decades within the host society, often have repercussions on society. For a long time, most developed countries have treated immigration as a temporary socio-economic factor, but now speak of immigration as a socio-political force that affects the fate of the country, changes politics, economy and culture. The fact that some regions of the world are among the rich, but with an aging population, while others remain poor, politically unstable, with a young and growing population, have and will have a strong impact on national economies. The purpose of the present is to identify key issues and prospects for migration development, including seeking solutions to ensure that countries maximize the benefits of geographic population mobility. |
