The results of retrospective clinical analysis and morphological study of 83 patients in the age of 1,5 months-3 years with congenital malformations of superior tract urinary, which are accompanied by the disturbances of urodynamic, admitted in the National Scientific and Practical Center of Pediatric Surgery „Natalia Gheorghiu‖ in the 2006-2008 period of time are presented. The obtained results of morphopathological changes from the side of the structural elements of parenchyma of kidneys, made it possible to join them in the united term „congenital uronefropathya‖ and isolation of two versions of clinical-morphological flow – primary and deferred form of uronefropathya.
