Rezumat

Through the agri-food products, the nutritional needs of the human body are ensured. A determining factor in the demand for agri-food products is that of the level of the population's income as well as the price of each product. In the current period, the demand for food is increasing and it is considered necessary a thorough analysis of the consumption of agri-food products, in the conditions in which the consumers are selective, they preferring in particular healthy and cheap agri-food products. By using both qualitative and qualitative statistical methods one will be able to follow the trend of consumption and prices of agri-food products as well as their rhythm.
