Rezumat

The process of permanent perfectioning of mechanical and biological valve substitutes for achieving an ideal cardiac valve graft has involved different experimental sciences, one of which is tissue engineering. The results obtained in decellularization of pulmonary valves gave the idea of research on drawing off and standardization of methods applied on aortic valve for decellularisation. The action of this methods on the quality of the acellular matrix would was studied by analysis of biomechanical, histological, immunoenzymatic proprieties as well, as by usage of electron microscopy and specifi c staining of each component of the matrix.
