В данной статье освещаются предусмотренные законами сроки, их виды и правовые последствия несоблюдения этих сроков. Актуальность темы обусловлена отсутствием комплексного исследования данной темы и её значением, установленных законом сроков для реализации права на свободный доступ к правосудию, которое гарантировано ст. 20 Конституции РМ, а также для реализации права на справедливое судебное разбирательство в разумный срок, которое гарантировано ст. 6 Конвенции о защите прав человека и основных свобод, подписанной в Риме 4 ноября 1950 года. Данная Конвенция и ряд Протоколов к ней были ратифицированы постановлением Парламента РМ № 1298-XIII от 24.07.1997 года

This article highlights the statutory deadlines, their types and the legal consequences of not meeting these deadlines. The relevance of the topic is due to the lack of a comprehensive study of this topic and its significance, the statutory deadlines for the realization of the right to free access to justice, which is guaranteed by Art. 20 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, as well as for the realization of the right to a fair trial within a reasonable time, which is guaranteed by Art. 6 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, signed at Rome on November 4, 1950. This Convention and a number of Protocols thereto were ratified by the Resolution of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova No. 1298-XIII of July 24, 1997.
