Cunoaşterea insuficientă de către ofiţerii de investigaţii a legislaţiei &icirc;n domeniul activităţii speciale de investigaţii, tacticilor şi metodelor de efectuare a măsurilor de investigaţii, are ca o consecință &icirc;ncălcarea drepturilor, libertăților și intereselor legitime ale cetățenilor. &Icirc;n acest sens, ne propunem ca obiectiv, informarea detaliată a subiecților activității speciale de investigație care sunt prevederile juridice naționale și internaționale ce necesită a fi cunoscute &icirc;n realizarea cu succes a măsurilor speciale de investigație</p></description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>In this scientific article, the author attempts to elucidate the main defining features that underlie the conduct of special investigative measures.Insufficient knowledge by the investigation officers of the legislation in the field of the special activity of investigations, tactics and methods of carrying out investigation measures, has as a consequence the violation of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the citizens.In this regard, we aim to provide detailed information on the subjects of the special investigation activity, which are the national and international legal provisions that need to be known in order to successfully carry out the special investigation measures.</p></description>
