The paper proposes a new advanced method of drying dandelion roots and namely the drying using over-raised frequency currents (microwave) in combination with convection. It has been investigated the kinetics of this process using the following methods: convection and combined. It was found that the application of microwaves is very beneficial, because it reduces the drying process and the amount of electricity. |
