Стаття присвячена аналізу вітчизняних нормативно-правових актів, які визначають види адміністративних послуг у сфері приватизації та порядок їх надання органами місцевого самоврядування та їх виконавчими органами. Розглянуто наукові підходи до понять «адміністративні послуги» та «муніципальні послуги», визначено їх особливості та ключові концепції поняття «муніципальні адміністративні послуги». Розглянуто види адміністративних муніципальних послуг у сфері приватизації землі. Виокремлено особливості муніципальних адміністративних послуг у сфері приватизації, сформульоване їх авторське поняття та запропоновані шляхи його нормативного закріплення.

The article is devoted to the analysis of domestic normative legal acts, which determine the types of administrative services in the field of privatization and the procedure for their delivery by local self-government bodies and their executive bodies. The scientific approaches to the concepts of “administrative services” and “municipal services” are considered, their features and key concepts of “municipal administrative services” are defined. The types of administrative municipal services in the sphere of privatization of land are considered. The features of municipal administrative services in the sphere of privatization are singled out, their author’s concept is formulated and the ways of its normative consolidation are proposed.
