В статье проводится исследование конституционно-правовых принципов политической системы Украины, выясняются их состав, содержание, основные подходы к закреплению, общие и особенные черты. Анализируются политические основы конституционного строя Украины, даётся характеристика общих и специальных конституционно-правовых принципов её политической системы. Обосновывается вывод о том, что в целом конституционно-правовые принципы политической системы Украины создают вполне современный институциональный дизайн (как внутреннее сочетание и структурирование институтов политической системы), соответствующий лучшим зарубежным аналогам, и способны служить нормативной основой для продолжения демократических реформ и европейской интеграции.

The article conducts a study of the constitutional legal principles of the political system of Ukraine, identifies their composition, content, main approaches to consolidation, common and special features. The political foundations of the constitutional order of Ukraine are analyzed, the characteristics of the general and special constitutional legal principles of its political system are given. The conclusion is substantiated that, in general, the constitutional-legal principles of the political system of Ukraine create a completely modern institutional design (as an internal combination and structuring of the institutions of the political system) corresponding to the best foreign analogues, and can serve as a normative basis for continuing democratic reforms and European integration.
