To exit from the deep socio-economic crisis and the continuation of policy reforms must focus, in our opinion, the real economy with its focus on the production of competitive products. This confirms the global experience that the way out of the crisis begins with the growing development and distribution of the flow of innovation, which implies, in turn, the commercial exploitation of intellectual property.
