Based on them, modern biotechnologies have been developed to obtain valuable products, with extensive application in the branches of the national economy: food industry, oenology, pharmacology, cosmetology, thermal and electrical energy production. Avoid the accumulation of viti- and wine waste and ensure a major impact on the environment |
