Signifi cant scientific achievements about recovery of viticulture and winemaking secondary products are evaluated. Based on them, modern biotechnologies have been developed to obtain valuable products, with extensive application in the branches of the national economy: food industry, oenology, pharmacology, cosmetology, thermal and electrical energy production. Avoid the accumulation of viti- and wine waste and ensure a major impact on the environment |
