Проблема принципов – одна из главных в теории и практике прав человека. Принципы устанавливают основные направления теоретической и практической деятельности в сфере прав человека, объединяют в систему существенные, устойчивые и универсальные элементы прав и свобод. Особое значение они имеют для реализации такого фундаментального права человека, как право на репродуктивное воспроизведение. В статье раскрыто понятие принципов права человека на репродуктивное воспроизведение, их перечень и общее содержание. Указаны особенности их правового закрепления в национальных законодательствах зарубежных стран.

The problem of principles is one of the main in the theory and practice of human rights. The principles establish the main directions of theoretical and practical activities in the field of human rights, unite the essential, sustainable and universal elements of rights and freedoms into a system. Of particular importance are the principles for the implementation of such a fundamental human right as the right to reproductive procreation. The article discloses the concept of the principles of the human right to reproductive procreation, their list and content. The features of their legal consolidation in the national laws of foreign countries are indicated.
