Data on receiving planting material at seed and vegetative reproduction are provided by green cuts at a mountain savory (Satureja montana L.). It was found that while seed breeding in the conditions of Moldova , we can get about 100 thousand seedlings of good quality out of 500g of seeds with thickness of a root neck more than 2 mm and the number of sprouts – not less than 2. Green cuts have good rootforming ability (extent of rooting of 50%), on condition of prevention of their drying. The received saplings have thickness of a root neck of 4.6 mm on average and the number of sprouts more than 5 units, well developed root system. |
