Rezumat

After approval of the Low for stat primary education and primary normal schools the education become unitary for the whole romanian state. The first education institutions were considered infant schools, these institutions were created with the purpose to complete family educations and to prepare the child for school. Primary education teach in stat schools, particulary schools and family, which having the same books and same analitical programs, approval by Ministry by Education. The analitical program for the first stage of primary school was ther same for all eeducation institutions, but for the second stage was draw up the programs which complete the general culture of primary cycle and include the specific elements for region. This low permited to make every effort of society to drow up a primary school for all citizens, indifferent of of social condition, religion and etnic origin. This low priceed to growth the number of schools, pupils and teachers. The number of unletterad pupils become smoler. The romanian population from the joined teritory obtained the right to study mother tongne. Fore stat schools were organized for the first stage of primary educations the study in mothe tongne. Many abecedare were drow up for minor ethnic from Romania. After the aplication of low for stat primary education from 1924, the primary education in Romania, receive a harmony and equitable development (in comporison with the last periods), make up on the basis of a solid legislation.
