Rezumat

Comme la relation professeur-étudiant se révèle être très importante dans l’enseignement, il est impossible pour un vrai pédagogue de se dispenser du tact pédagogique, notion transparente et discutée à la fois. Il n’existe pas de „recette” parfaite pour aboutir à une souplesse pédagogique sans défaut; en même temps un travail assidu, la pratique, l’autoévaluation continus, outre la vocation, seraient capables d’offrir à tout professeur la possibilité de réagir promptement dans n’importe quelle situation pédagogique.
