Rezumat

The development of the entrepreneurism în general and the feminine one as a constitutive part is a real provocation and a social problem, considering the fact that the challenge of reorganising and developing of the entreprising processes was assigned only after 1990, after decades of centralised economy. The study of women both enterprising and potentially enterprising, is essential to any endeavour for consolidation of the relationship between innovation, economic growth and revitalisation, which are of great importance for the prosperity of a country and of the society altogeather.
