Целью статьи является анализ правового регулирования гендерных отношений в Украине, в частности, анализ правового регулирования противодействия дискриминации женщин из уязвимых групп, исследование нормативно-правовой базы, которая формирует основу для определения дискриминации в отношении женщин, методов и средств борьбы с дискриминацией. Нормы права, которые регулируют противодействие дискриминации женщин из уязвимых групп, требуют детального изучения с целью внесения необходимых изменений в существующие нормативно-правовые акты. Проведение соответствующих исследований способствует эффективному внедрению существующих механизмов и является важным для понимания необходимых изменений. Важным аспектом достижения целей, установленных международными документами и национальным законодательством в области борьбы с дискриминацией в отношении женщин, является анализ практической реализации текущей политики и реализации заявленных программ и мер

The article analyzes legal regulation of gender relations in Ukraine, in particular, an analysis of the legal regulation of combating discrimination against women from vulnerable groups. The study purpose is the analysis of the legal and regulatory framework, which forms the basis for determining discrimination against women, methods and means of combating discrimination. The legislation that regulates the prevention of discrimination against women from vulnerable groups requires detailed study in order to make the necessary changes and amendments to the existing legal acts. Conducting the relevant research contributes to the effective implementation of existing legal mechanisms and is important for understanding of the necessary changes. An important aspect of achieving the goals set by the international documents and the national legislation of a separate country in the field of combating discrimination against women is the analysis of practical implementation of the current policies and implementation of the programs and measures declared.
