Articolul redă imaginea ţiganilor în literaturile slavone orientale - rusă, belarusă, ucraineană. Imaginea ţiganilor în tradiţia literară a fost adesea construită pe baza atitudinii populaţiei locale faţă de ţigani, ca urmare a formării anumitor stereotipuri. Ţiganii din teritoriul Imperiului rus au apărut în a doua jumătate a secolului al XVIII-lea şi deja la începutul secolului al XIX-lea a atras atenţia scriitorilor, muzicienilor şi artiştilor. Pe baza numeroaselor exemple din operele poeţilor şi prozatorilor, reprezentanţi ai literaturilor slavone orientale, sunt evidenţiate dinamica formării imaginii ţiganilor, particularităţile lor fiind relevate prin prisma autorilor, în diferite perioade de timp.

В статье рассматриваются представления о цыганах в восточнославянских литературах – русской, белорусской, украинской. Образы цыган в литературной традиции строились зачастую на основе отношения местного населения к цыганам, в результате чего формировались определенные стереотипы. Цыгане на территории Российской империи появились во второй половине XVIII в. и уже в начале XIX в. попали в поле зрения писателей, музыкантов и художников. На многочисленных примерах из произведений поэтов и прозаиков восточнославянских литератур прослеживается динамика формирования образов представителей цыганского народа, выявляются их особенности в разные периоды времени сквозь призму восприятия авторов

The article analyzes representations about the Roma people in the Russian, Belorussian, and Ukrainian literatures. The images of Roma in the literature were often built on the ground of the existing stereotypes. Roma arrived to the territory of the Russian Empire in the second half of XVIII century. In the early XIX century, they were for the first time described by some writers, musicians, and painters. The author accumulated a great number of novels, stories and poems, that were written by Russian, Belorussian, and Ukrainian writers and describes Roma. There were analyzed the dynamic of Roma images’ creating in the different periods of time.
