In this article we discuss about the method of the project and the way it can be applied efficiently at History classes. There are presented the stages of the project and the activites that should be realised at each stage. The chart contains some suggestions for project topics linked to the learning units and specific contents for the school subject – History. Special emphasis is put on the project of oral history, stressing on its importance and the algorithm of its realization. At the same time, it is proposed an example of interview guide, as well as a model of interview sheet, which can be used by the student within the oral history project.
