Rezumat

This article reflect a theoretical and practical study on the perspective of humanistic education and training of elementary school age student's personality. The article contains an experiment of finding and identifying types of phobias students in small school/ class I. There are analyzed and described constructive positions, strategies and principles applied to the school entrance. They come for the annihilation and prophylaxis phobias and anxiety experienced by the small school. Recommendations recovery principles through educational strategies are developed based on humanistic education Decalogue (C. Rodgers) and facilitate learning theory.
