Se prezintă rezultatele cercetărilor, privind impactul nanoparticulelor oxidului de fier (II) (III), utilizate la etapa cultivării tulpinii de micromicete Rhizopus arrhizus CNMN FD 03 în calitate de stimulatori ai sintezei lipazelor, asupra procesului de sedimentare a enzimelor din lichidul cultural (LC) al producătorului. S-a stabilit că parametrii optimi de sedimentare, ce asigură recuperarea maximă a lipazelor atât din LC rezultat la cultivarea clasică, cât şi la cultivarea în prezenţa nanoparticulelor de Fe3O4 (65-70 nm) sunt identici și constituie: durata de contact LC:AE (alcool etilic) – 2 ore, raportul LC:AE– 1:3; pH-ul mediului de precipitare – 7,0-7,3. Probele de preparat enzimatic obținute din lichidul cultural, rezultat la cultivarea dirijată a producătorului pe medii ce conțin nanoparticule a oxidului de fier, se evidențiază prin activitate enzimatică superioară, depășind de cca 2 ori nivelului probei obţinute la cultivarea clasică: 1763000 u/g și 885000 u/g, respectiv, sporul constituind 199,2%. |

It was established that the optimal parameters that ensure the maximum recovery of lipases from both CL resulted after the classical cultivation and cultivation in the presence of Fe3O4 nanoparticles (65-70 nm) are identical and consists: the CL:ethanol contact time - 2 hours, the ratio LC: ethanol - 1:3; pH of precipitation medium - 7.0-7.3. Enzymatic preparation samples obtained from the CL resulted from the directed cultivation of the producer on media containing nanoparticles of iron oxide showed superior enzymatic activity, exceeding about 2 times the level of the sample obtained in the classical cultivation: 1763000 U/g and 885000 U/g, respectively. The increase represents 199.2 %. 28 references, 2 tables, 2 figures.</p></cfAbstr> <cfAbstr cfLangCode='RU' cfTrans='o'><p>Представлены результаты исследования влияния наночастиц оксида железа (II) (III) в качестве биостимуляторов при осаждении липаз из культуральной жидкости, полученной при глубинном культивировании микромицета Rhizopus arrhizus CNMN FD 03. Установленные оптимальные режимы выделения липолитических ферментных препаратов из двух типов культуральных жидкостей, полученных в классических и оптимизированных условиях с использованием наночастиц Fe3O4, идентичны и составляют: продолжительность контакта КЖ и ЭС – 2 часа, соотношение объемов КЖ:ЭС – 1:3, рН КЖ – 7,0-7,3. Активность ферментного препарата, выделенного из культуральной жидкости, полученной при культивировании микромицета Rhizopus arrhizus CNMN FD 03 на средах, содержащих наночастицы оксида железа, превышает уровень контрольного варианта в 2 раза: 1763000 ед/г и 885000 ед/г соответственно.
