The definition and outlining of the offender is important because, on the one hand, it is necessary to know which people are talking about, and on the other hand, the notion of offender in criminology must be clearly delineated by the notion of offender in criminal law. Taking into consideration that sometimes in the specialty literature it is mentioned that bet-ween the notion of offender and the notion of perpetrator can not be a sign of equality, in this scientific article the author has tried to prove the differences and similarities between the notions of "the subject of the offense" and the "personality of the offender". |
