Rezumat

The instructor is one of the responsible actors in the educational field with a decisive impact on the modeling and development of the generations, therefore his/her continuous training both on a personal and professional level is imposed as a sine qua non condition. By opting for success and promoting excellence, we have focused our attention on the personal and professional development of teaching staff through the implementation of training programs at „ElimulNou” High School. Thus, both by developing and applying the „Professor plus” training program, by systematically and intentionally achieving the evaluation and self-evaluation process, we succeeded in determining the professional success of the instructors involved as subjects of the experimental group.Therefore, we argue that the self-esteem of the instructor’s personal abilities is mostly in direct correlation with his / her professional competences, and the models of professional and personal trainings influence substantially the level of development of self-assessment of professional skills, which leads to professional success.
