Rezumat

The work for the first time introduces the Volcenco-Balanel formula regarding the control of D. Balanel (MT TRI) technology as a generalization of Johann Friedrich Herbart instructional and educational technology (as methodology) and unisystemic technologies V. Şatalov, P. Erdniev, A. Ocunev, P. Galperin, N. Talîzina, J. Dewey, M. Scerbacova etc. (as components). It discusses linear instruction (without repetition) in combination with concentric assessments. The need for concentric evaluation is argued by the theory of phased formation of intellectual skills P. Galperin, N. Talizina. The competences are considered to be integrated and practical. So they can be formed by exercises. Automatisms-skills are either times or not. So, they can be evaluated through colloquium / test. But so easily they can be lost. Since the purpose of the training is competence, it is documented that it is attained, then periodically, checking that they are maintained. But all these measures mean concentric evaluation. It is proposed to use credit methods for students / students. In computer science lending period (to the alternative program) – from 1st to 4th grade, from 5th to 9th grade and from 10th grade, a to the 12th grade; for the student, the master students – respectively 3-4 years. For the organization of the instructive-educational-formative system, the author proposes the metasystems.
