In this article the presence of phytopathogens Penicillium chrysogenum and P. brevicompactum in the fruits of different apples varieties was studied. The analysis was carried out in three groups of apples depending on the mode of treatment. The first group was the control group, the second group - kept under controlled atmosphere and the third group - were processed with fitomag. As a result of molecular analysis with specific primers, a significant difference between the analyzed groups was identified. Latent infection with P. chrysogenum was detected in visible healthy aplles by molecular diagnosis. |
