<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>In this article political – theoretical aspects of interaction between international relations and the ethical – moral paradigm are considered. The problem of settlement of the international relations on the basis of moral aspects always was present both at the political theory and in practice of foreign policy of the majority of the states of the world. As already for a long time it is established the main feature of actions of the moral factor both on actions and on thinking of people. International relations should be moral, namely their ideas, objective, practical actions should be compatible to a human nature which will be directed on achievement of principles of humanism and social justice. Moral bases in the modern world are defined by priority values and interests and general development of human potential when the formula „due to others” is cancelled. Real progress is impossible based on non-observance of the rights and freedom of the person and nations. Preservation of mankind is possible only on the basis of mutual cooperation. Moral adjustment of the international relations, alongside with both political and diplomatic norms and the law becomes more and more important and influential. Norms of the international moral are shown more strongly, as the active factor of a spiritual life of the world community. The important feature of the international moral is the constant reference on peace forms of dialogue between people. Analyzing the basic concepts about correlation between the moral paradigm and the international relations, we see, that a difference between them in a significant part, concerns subjects which display character of the order in sphere of the international relations and ways of their regulation.</description>
